That’s why soundhealing is an effective way to get in tune with your body again. 

This ancient meditative practice uses different instruments to create healing vibrations around and in the body. You will become in a meditative state that helps to release emotions and relieve stress and anxiety. 

Immerse yourself in a relaxing soundbath

Body Sound & Sister Leonie Schuurman will guide you during this relaxing experience. After a breathing exercise that will bring you more inwards, the sound journey begins. Musical vibrations will travel through every cell of your body using Tibetan singing bowls, a rainstick, drum and other instruments. 

This physical and energetic concert for body, mind and soul will help you release emotions and cortisol, increase
endorphins, lower down your brainwave because of the binaural beats, increase sleep quality and boost your immune system.

About your guide Leonie Schuurman

After working as a professional make-up & hair stylist for the film industry, Leonie Schuurman was ready to explore her spiritual side and expand her skills. In 2020 she began her journey and traveled to India. Finishing two courses of Ayurbalance deep tissue massage, her spiritual teacher Anup Panthi taught her how to ‘massage’ with sound instead of her hands. A few years later she completed her training as a breath coach. Now she combines all her skills during retreats, 1 on 1 sessions and group sessions like this one.
