This 12.12 evening is designed as an intimate experience, where each person can deeply receive, feel and integrate.
We begin by activating the heart with ceremonial cacao, inviting emotional clarity and a grounded sense of openness.
From there, we land into the body through conscious movement, letting the nervous system unwind and preparing our inner landscape for the journey ahead.
You will then be guided through meditation to harmonize the mind and awaken creative focus.
The Sound Healing journey with crystal bowls is both collective and personal: in such a small group, Laura offers individual energetic attunement in the subtle energetic field, allowing quartz frequencies to support release, balance of the pineal and pituitary glands, harmony between brain hemispheres, and integration of energetic vortices that hold stress, memory and intuition.
This intimate setting allows the frequencies to work with more precision, offering deeper emotional expansion and a restorative sense of safety.
The whole journey is supported by Vortex Healing, a gentle yet deeply transformative experience. Through divine energy, blockages in the system begin to soften and release, allowing your whole being to relax, rebalance, and open to new possibilities.
We close with warm soup and gentle integration, honoring the body after deep energetic work. The circle remains intentionally small so each person receives presence, space and individual energetic support.

She has guided students and practitioners internationally, offering initiatory trainings and transformative sound experiences that awaken the body’s intelligence and the subtle energetic field.
Marjolein is the founder of Costa del Soul, the soulful retreat center in the Andalusian hills where you’ll feel held the moment you arrive.
As an intuitive space holder, she creates spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and return to what matters.

Once you’re there, pop the retreat center location into your GPS and follow the directions from there
When you arrive, you can park in the parking area and we'll guide you from there.
You can also walk up to our sacred place after parking in Guaro; it's a beautiful walk of 30 minutes with stunning views.
