Traditionally, the light of the Harvest Moon allowed farmers to continue gathering their crops after sunset. It's the full moon closest to the autumn equinox - that marks a moment of balance, when day and night are nearly equal. It invites us to pause between light and darkness, honor what has grown and consciously choose what we want to carry into the next season.
Together, we’ll reflect on the harvest of the past year - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual:
What do you want to celebrate and carry forward?
And what are you ready to release?
Through the shared rhythm of the drums, we’ll ground these intentions and connect with ourselves, one another and the changing season.
No drumming experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
Marjolein is the founder and spaceholder of Costa del Soul, the sanctuary for connection, healing, and transformation where this drumming circle will take place.
Building her first drum accelerated her spiritual journey and helped creating the retreat centre.

To get to the Costa del Soul Retreat Center by car, the easiest way is to first head towards Cementerio de Guaro
Once you’re there, pop the retreat center location into your GPS and follow the directions from there
When you arrive, you can park in the parking area and we'll guide you from there.
You can also walk up to our sacred place after parking in Guaro; it's a beautiful walk of 30 minutes with stunning views.
