On January 25th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, we invite both men and women to the breathtaking Costa del Soul – a sanctuary of nature, stunning views, and elegant design, perfect for self-discovery and renewal. Through voice, breath, and movement, you will release blocks, overcome fears, and tap into your authentic power to express and manifest.
Your voice is the bridge to your essence. This practice helps you release inner fears, open creative channels, and connect with the world around you through sound. As you free your voice, you awaken strength, lightness, and alignment with universal energy. It’s a journey into your heart and soul, unlocking creative flow and personal power.
Unlock clarity, confidence, and inner balance through transformative breathwork combined with a focus on beliefs and mindset. Dev will guide you in identifying and releasing limiting beliefs while cultivating empowering ones, using breath as a tool to break through emotional and mental barriers. This practice will help you dissolve fears, strengthen your confidence, and align with your true potential.
Through mindful movement and breath, Inga’s yoga session grounds you in the present moment, allowing you to reconnect with your body. This practice will help you feel more centred, calm, and aligned, amplifying your energy and preparing you to express your true self with grace and ease.
Following the practices, we will gather for a nourishing lunch, soaking in the incredible views and atmosphere. It’s a moment to reflect, connect with others, and fully integrate the experience.
