A full day dedicated to the breath—a space to slow down, go inward, and explore the deep stillness and clarity that arise when you truly tune in. Your breath can be both a doorway and a pathway, into altered states of awareness and toward connection, gratitude, and timelessness. It offers a sense of freedom, empowerment, and a deeper way of being. This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and explore what lies beyond, using your breath as your guide.
We will be starting gently, with a welcome tea, stretching, shaking, and chanting —awakening the body, settling the mind. From there, in the first Breathwork session, you will explore different ways of using your breath to experience deep states of focus and meditation, allowing breath to become a bridge to presence.
After a nourishing lunch, we will explore the nervous system and the art of healthy breathing — how breath shapes energy, emotions, and overall well-being. You will learn how to activate or deactivate your sympathetic and para sympathetic nervous system. With simple, practical tools, we open the door to more balance in everyday life.
After a short break with time to integrate and chat, we will dive into the final, extended Breathwork journey—an experience of surrender, expansion, and bliss.
Throughout the day, there’s space to breathe, to feel, to simply be. No expectations, no effort—just a journey inward, guided by the breath.
