The INJOY retreat guided by Saskia Bakker features systemic work (like family constellations), yoga, healing, meditation, sound healing, and delicious meals. Enjoy free time relaxing by the pool, in the olive grove, with the donkeys, or in your own cozy spot.
This retreat is for you if you love personal development and growth, awareness, and being conscious, combined with a hands-on approach. You enjoy being in nature and also appreciate conveniences like sleeping in a good bed, eating delicious food, and having a nice shower.
We will work on themes that you encounter repeatedly. Whether it's difficulty setting boundaries, setting the bar too high, or recurring issues with family members, supervisors, or yourself. We will explore and acknowledge persistent patterns, limiting beliefs, and obstructive thoughts through systemic exercises. Where can you create more space for yourself?
