SOULQUEST is a small group afternoon in nature where kids connect, play games, move their bodies and learn simple skills that help them feel more confident with themselves and with others.
No pressure.
No labels.
No heavy emotional work.
Just good energy, nature, creativity and real connection.

👧 Ages 6-8 and 9-12 go on a different journey

Because confidence and social skills matter just as much as school.

Kids usually arrive a bit shy.
After 20 minutes they are laughing.

Activities include:

Everything is guided, but playful and relaxed.
We recognise that raising confident, emotionally healthy children is also a journey for parents, and this space allows you to recharge, reflect, or share experiences in a calm and supportive environment.
While the kids are on their SOULQUEST adventure, you will have your own separate experience, safely guided by one of our facilitators. After that, parents and kids come together and do some fund bonding exercises. During dinner there’s plenty of time to connect and share with likehearted parents.
Marjolein is the founder of Costa del Soul and creates safe, warm spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others.
She works with sound, presence and energy awareness, including shamanic drumming and VortexHealing.
She loves creating spaces where children feel safe to be themselves and naturally open up through play and nature.
Edward, also known as Mr L-B, grew up between London, Paris and Cascais and speaks three languages. He is passionate about helping children grow into confident, kind and self aware young people.
He has worked for many years with leaders, companies and young people, focusing on communication, mindset and personal growth. Today he focuses on helping kids develop resilience, emotional intelligence and confidence so they can handle life and relationships in a healthy way.
After 11 years as a makeup and hair stylist in Amsterdam, Leonie followed a spiritual calling. In 2020, she studied Ayurbalance myofascia deep tissue massage in India and advanced sound healing in Nepal with teacher Anup Panthi. She later founded Body & Sound Sister in the Netherlands, offering massage, sound healing, and beauty services.
In 2021, Leonie moved to Spain to live abroad and share her work. In 2022, she became a certified breathwork facilitator and now combines breathwork with sound healing to support deep relaxation, transformation, and inner connection.
