As you can imagine, I’ve invested a lot of time, energy, and money into Costa del Soul. This significant investment, a large loan, was available to me when I needed it—when my desire was strong enough to manifest it. Because I believe that abundance is available to everyone, and I truly mean everyone, I want to share how I manifest money, so you can do it too.
The past two years have been filled with experimentation for me, trying various forms of manifestation. Money has always been a central theme in my life. I never had much, and when it does come in, I’ve typically invested it into new projects, travels, or life courses.
And still, when I really need money, it always shows up. But only when it’s a heart’s desire. Money just for the sake of money is not a heart’s desire.
Money to buy your dream home in Spain is.
Money to activate all your senses while traveling is too.
And money to create a beautiful space for healing is as well.
Five years ago, I manifested this finca by writing down every morning and evening: “On 20-2-2020, I’m standing on the porch of my Spanish dream house.” We arrived in Spain in November 2019. I put my finger on the map, saw ‘Guaro’, visited two houses (one with a hole in the roof, and this one), and three months later, we got the keys. Crying tears of happiness, I asked the universe how it was possible.
And by now, I know it’s not about the how. If you know the how, you’re not dreaming big enough.
So, we moved to Spain and lived there for two years with our twin boy and girl. Then, we decided to divorce. I went on two retreats, one in spring and one in autumn, and received many messages. My path was shown clearly to me, but I postponed the calling for a few months. Until I realized that this is my purpose in this lifetime, and it will keep calling me until I answer.

It was the new moon in April 2023 when I decided to go all in. I drew the dome on my land, asked my designer friend to create a presentation based on my vision and textual input, and then went to the Netherlands to speak with some wealthy people.
The morning before my first meeting—which was actually just meant to be a catch-up with a friend—I did an online EFT session with Brad: I’m a money magnet. I overruled all my fears and entered the building radiating abundance and joy. When I told him about the project, he immediately offered to lend me money—more than I had even calculated.
Flabbergasted, I left.
And I said “go” to the dome builders, the landscaper, the contractor, the website builder, the donkey rescue center, and many others who have helped build Costa del Soul with me.
Of course, the whole project has cost more than I borrowed—this is inherent to building projects. So, I had to find another way to fund the last, quite essential part, of the retreat center: the sanitary block, with extra showers, toilets, and washbasins.
I received the message that I needed to do a crowdfunding campaign to raise the €25,000 needed. So, I did. People could decide whether they wanted to donate or lend me the money, and I received such sweet messages from people I hadn’t been in touch with for a long time. It was heartwarming. Within a week, it was done.
Flabbergasted, I sat at my desk.
That the construction of the toilet block took nearly a year longer than expected is another interesting story I’ll share with you later.
