Welcome to your Costa del Soul CONSCIOUS CAMPING Experience. Before confirming your reservation, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By making a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The CONSCIOUS CAMPING EXPERIENCE is organized and operated by Costa del Soul Experience SLU, located in Guaro, Spain.
The experience is a glamping accommodation concept focused on nature, simplicity, and conscious living. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the booking includes lodging only.
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
The Conscious Camping Experience provides:
The experience is intentionally designed to remain intimate. A maximum of fifteen (16) guests will be accommodated on the premises.
Guests are welcome to use the shared facilities during their stay. However, these areas may not be reserved or claimed exclusively for activities such as ceremonies, workshops, or sharing circles. If guests wish to use a space for a private or organized activity, they must contact the organization in advance to arrange a separate rental of the space.
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:
A minimum stay of two (2) nights applies to all bookings.
Reservations shorter than two nights cannot be accommodated.
Meals are not included in the accommodation price.
Optional meals may be provided by Costa del Soul under the following conditions:
Guests remain responsible for deciding what they consume in case of allergies or dietary restrictions.
Prices are:
To reserve a stay, guests must complete the booking process and make a deposit payment.
Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Payment terms:
For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, full payment is required immediately.
If the final balance is not received by the payment deadline, Costa del Soul reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
Payments may be made via available payment methods such as credit card, online payment platforms, or bank transfer.

Once written notice is received, the cancellation will take effect.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Costa del Soul may issue refunds at its discretion depending on circumstances and available time to refill the booking.
Guests may propose a replacement guest, subject to approval.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel and cancellation insurance.
Costa del Soul will always aim to operate experiences as scheduled. However, circumstances beyond our control may require cancellation or modification.

Costa del Soul is not liable for additional costs, including flights, transport, insurance, or other travel-related expenses.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own:
Costa del Soul is not responsible for disruptions to travel due to passport issues, visa issues, or transportation delays.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.
Insurance should ideally cover:
Guests remain responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards:
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in guests being asked to leave the property without refund.
Guests remain responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions during their stay.
Costa del Soul is located in a rural natural environment.
By staying at Costa del Soul, guests acknowledge that inherent risks may exist, including but not limited to:
Guests voluntarily assume responsibility for these risks.
Costa del Soul Experience SLU, its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or loss occurring during the stay, except where required by law.
Guests remain responsible for any damages they cause to property or facilities.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Costa del Soul Experience SLU is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during the Costa del Soul Experience.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, guests grant permission for Costa del Soul to use images or video material that may include them for:
Guests who prefer not to appear in such material must inform Costa del Soul in writing.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising from reservations or participation in the Costa del Soul Experience will first be addressed through mutual consultation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Spain.
