TERMS & CONDITIONS
SUMMER SOUL WEEKEND

Welcome to your Summer Soul Weekend at Costa del Soul.
Before confirming your booking, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.

By completing your booking and payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Organization

The Summer Soul Weekend is organized by Costa del Soul Experience SLU, located in Guaro, Spain.

2. Nature of the Experience

The Conscious Camping Experience provides:

Accommodation in a glamping unit
Access to shared facilities
Access to the surrounding natural environment

The experience is intentionally designed to remain intimate. A maximum of fifteen (16) guests will be accommodated on the premises.

Guests are welcome to use the shared facilities during their stay. However, these areas may not be reserved or claimed exclusively for activities such as ceremonies, workshops, or sharing circles. If guests wish to use a space for a private or organized activity, they must contact the organization in advance to arrange a separate rental of the space.

3. What's included

Your booking includes:

2 nights in a glamping tent
Access to all facilities
Meals as specified in your booking
Participation in the Saturday night music experience

Unless stated otherwise, the following are not included:

Flights or transportation
Airport transfers (available as an extra)
Travel insurance
Optional treatments or activities

4. Reservation & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

For early bookings or special offers, discounts may apply as stated at the time of booking.

All payments are processed via the available online payment methods.

5. Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at:

The following cancellation terms apply:

The booking is non-refundable
You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval
In some cases, we may offer a transfer to a future date at our discretion

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Costa del Soul

We aim to run all weekends as planned. However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, illness, or force majeure), changes may be necessary.

In such cases, we may:

Offer an alternative date
Offer a credit for a future stay

Costa del Soul is not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation outside the retreat.

7. Travel Responsibility

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, including:

Transport to and from Costa del Soul
Valid passport and travel documents
Travel insurance

8. Health & Personal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own wellbeing during the stay.

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements.

Participation in activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Conduct

We ask all guests to respect:

Other guests
Hosts and staff
The natural environment

Costa del Soul reserves the right to ask guests to leave in case of disruptive or unsafe behaviour, without refund.

10. Liability

Costa del Soul is located in a natural, rural environment.

By joining the experience, you acknowledge that this includes inherent risks such as:

Uneven terrain
Weather conditions
Outdoor environments

Costa del Soul is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during your stay, except where required by law.

11. Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Costa del Soul Experience SLU is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.

12. Photography

Photos or videos may be taken during the weekend for promotional use.

If you prefer not to appear, please inform us in writing before the event.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
