The first edition filled up so fast that we decided to organise a second edition of the Facilitator Co-Creation Retreat. Join a carefully curated group of personal-growth facilitators for a few sunny November days filled with shared practices, nourishing food, meaningful conversations and genuine connection.

As a facilitator, you are often the person guiding the experience, supporting the process and keeping an eye on the rest of the group.
During this retreat, you can step out of that role.
You’ll have the opportunity to share your own work while also experiencing the practices, knowledge and unique gifts of other facilitators.

We’re also looking for a photographer to join us as part of the retreat team.
You’ll capture the atmosphere, surroundings, sessions and connections while also having the opportunity to participate in parts of the retreat experience.

This is not an open retreat where anyone can simply book a place.
Participants will be personally selected to create a balanced group with aligned intentions. We want to build a safe, supportive environment where we can be open, try something new, exchange honest feedback and show up authentically.

A lot can happen when eight open-minded facilitators spend a few intentional days together.
Expect inspiration, new perspectives, meaningful connections and the kind of personal growth that happens when you step outside your usual role.
Between sessions, there is plenty of time to enjoy Costa del Soul:
