Join us for a four-day shamanic immersion, weaving plant spirit healing, cacao, sound, trance drumming, voice activation, ritual, and drum building into one deeply transformative journey of connection and discovery.
Over four days, you will explore the connection between nature, rhythm, energy, and spirit through a carefully designed journey guided by Lowland Shaman Peter de Haan.
The experience opens with a Buffalo Calf Women ritual, followed by a full day devoted to connecting and communicating with plant spirits. In the evening, ceremonial cacao and an immersive sound journey open the heart and create space for integration.
On Saturday, you will discover the drum as a powerful tool for healing, transformation, ritual, and inner journeying. Through rhythm, trance drumming, voice activation, and energetic awareness, you will learn to work with its deeper possibilities.
The journey culminates on Sunday, when you build your own shamanic drum by hand. During a ceremonial selection process, you will connect intuitively with the natural materials before transforming them into a personal instrument and spiritual companion.
This is not a plant medicine retreat. No psychoactive or mind-altering substances will be used.

To get to the Costa del Soul Retreat Centre by car, the easiest way is to first head towards Cementerio de Guaro
Once you’re there, pop the retreat center location into your GPS and follow the directions from there
When you arrive, you can park in the parking area and we'll guide you from there.
You can also walk up to our sacred place after parking in Guaro; it's a beautiful 30 minutes walk with stunning views.
