After 11 years as a makeup and hair stylist in Amsterdam, Leonie felt called to explore her spiritual side. In 2020, she traveled to India to study Ayurbalance myofascia deep tissue massage, followed by advanced sound healing training in Nepal under spiritual teacher Anup Panthi. She carefully selected her sound healing bowls and returned to the Netherlands where she founded Body & Sound Sister, offering massage, sound healing, and beauty services.
In 2021, Leonie moved to Spain to follow her dream of living abroad and sharing her healing practices. She became a certified breathwork facilitator in 2022, now combining breathwork with sound healing to help others achieve deep relaxation, transformation, and inner connection.

Andy is an experienced trekker and adventurer with a deep connection to the untamed landscapes of Andalusia, Spain. After exploring mountain and jungle regions worldwide—from the Andes in Peru to the jungles of Southeast Asia—he found Andalusia to be one of the most captivating places. With its wild beaches, rugged trails, soaring eagles, and crystal-clear lagoons, the region continues to inspire his journey.
His trekking experience began in Northern England’s Lake District, later leading to extreme challenges like the Three Peaks Challenge, Alpine climbs of Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn, and military training with the Army Reserves Gibraltar Regiment. Pushed to his physical and mental limits, Andy now shares his passion for adventure, guiding others through the breathtaking landscapes of Southern Spain.
